Your patients are at the heart of everything we do. We envision our role as an extension of your office.
Cardiac monitoring can be a stressful time for patients. To ease your patients’ experience, MediLynx has assembled a team of highly skilled representatives to guide patients through cardiac monitoring testing. This Patient Engagement Team helps patients to properly hook up and use the monitor, verify insurance information, and answer billing questions.

In addition, the MediLynx Customer Service department consists of 12 dedicated professionals, all with extensive experience in cardiac monitoring and monitoring devices. Some are even CCT and CRAT certified.
The CS team assists patients and facilities with patient hook-up and answers questions from facilities and patients throughout their monitoring experience. They also assist with device troubleshooting and ensuring that patients are compliant with their physician’s monitoring orders.
